FAQ
-
Q: Can I connect a camera that only has SDI?
A: No. CineView HE accepts HDMI input only. For SDI cameras, choose the Accsoon CineView 2 SDI or CineView SE, which accept both HDMI and SDI.
-
Q: Can I monitor on my phone?
A: Yes. Install the Accsoon SEE app on iOS or Android and connect to the transmitter. Up to 4 displays can view at once, including any receivers in use, e.g. 1 receiver + 3 phones.
-
Q: How do I use it for live streaming?
A: Connect the receiver to a computer with a USB-C cable (sold separately). The computer sees it as a webcam (UVC), so it works with OBS or other streaming software. You can also stream live through the mobile app.
-
Q: Can it transmit 4K?
A: No. CineView HE receives and transmits at Full HD 1080p. For 4K transmission, choose the Accsoon CineView Master 4K.
-
Q: What batteries does it use, and how long does it run?
A: It uses Sony NP-F550 / NP-F750 / NP-F970 batteries (not included), or can be powered via DC or USB-C 5V. Each unit draws approx. 4.2–4.5W. Accsoon states one NP-F970 battery runs for up to approx. 12 hours.
