FAQ
-
Q: What is the difference between the M7 Pro and M7?
A: The screen, ports, recording and live streaming are the same. The M7 Pro adds built-in wireless transmission and reception (TX/RX, 350 m range, 60 ms latency), while the M7 has no wireless system.
-
Q: How many units do I need for wireless video?
A: Mount one M7 Pro on the camera as the transmitter (TX), then use another M7 Pro (in RX mode) or a CineView Master 4K receiver as the receiving monitor, with up to 4 receivers at once. You can also use the M7 Pro as a receiver for other Accsoon transmitters such as the CineView HE / SE / 2SDI.
-
Q: Can it transmit 4K wirelessly?
A: Yes, up to DCI 4K60 with compatible CineView TX/RX systems. 4K60 requires HDMI input (SDI supports up to 1080p60).
-
Q: Can I use it as a monitor only, without antennas?
A: Yes. If you are not using wireless transmission or reception, you can remove the antennas and use it as a monitor for a more compact setup.
-
Q: What battery does it use?
A: It uses Sony NP-F550 / NP-F750 / NP-F970 batteries (not included), or can be powered via DC 6–16.8V or USB-C PD (PD 3.0 9V/3A, 12V/3A or 15V/3A). Power draw is about 12–28W depending on use.
