FAQ

• Q: Which lights can it be used with?
A: It works with Bowens Mount lights, such as every amaran COB model, up to a maximum of 600W. If you use it with lights from another brand, check the mount size and heat before use.
• Q: How is it different from a regular umbrella-style softbox?
A: The lantern shape spreads light out through 360°, which suits filling a whole room with ambient light, while a regular softbox sends light forward in one direction and suits use as a key light with controllable direction.
• Q: Is it hard to assemble?
A: No. It uses the Press Mount system: press to lock the frame so it opens into a sphere, then fit it onto the light in a few seconds.
