FAQ

Q: Does the PYXIS 6K have autofocus?
A: Yes. Updating to Blackmagic Camera firmware 10.2 or later adds Phase Detect AF with Face Detect and Object Tracking, which works with L-Mount lenses that support AF.
Q: Do I need to buy a monitor or battery separately?
A: The camera has a built-in 4-inch touchscreen and is ready to use. However, the box does not include a battery, so you need a BP-U battery or the supplied DC power adapter.
Q: Can I use Canon or vintage lenses?
A: Yes. You can use EF/M42/M-Mount to L-Mount adapters, because the L-Mount has a short flange distance that works with a wide range of adapters.
