FEELWORLD L3 4K HDMI Video Switcher · 5+1 Input · RTMP Streaming · UVC/PTZ

FEELWORLD L3 4K HDMI Video Switcher 5+1 Input with RTMP Streaming, UVC and PTZ Control — 4K HDMI video switcher with 5+1 inputs, simultaneous RTMP streaming to 4 platforms, control of up to 4 PTZ cameras, USB recording and plug-and-play UVC webcam output

The FEELWORLD L3 is a video switcher for multi-camera live production. It offers 5+1 inputs: 2× 4K HDMI (up to 2160P60), 2× 2K HDMI (1080P60) and 1× UVC, so you can connect mirrorless cameras, PTZ cameras and a computer for slides all in one unit. Two separate HDMI outputs — output A shows a Multi-view of every source plus the menu, while output B carries a clean PGM feed — let the director and the client watch on different screens. Stream via RTMP to up to 4 platforms simultaneously at up to 16 Mbps CBR, and go live instantly with the ON AIR button on the control panel without relying on a computer. The USB3.X UVC port is plug-and-play with no drivers needed: computers recognize it as a standard webcam that works right away with OBS, Zoom, Teams and YouTube, on Windows, Android, macOS and Linux. Control up to 4 PTZ cameras directly from the unit via the IP VISCA protocol over LAN, using the 5-way joystick and ZOOM buttons for pan/tilt, focus and zoom — no separate controller needed. Record MP4 video to a USB flash drive and instantly insert highlight clips back into the live show, ideal for sports and event replays. The 7-channel audio mixer combines audio from every HDMI input, the media library and 2 MIC/LINE inputs. It offers 16 Transitions and 8 PIP modes supporting both 16:9 and 9:16, plus Chroma Key, Luma Key and Logo Overlay with your own transparent PNG files. Six Script buttons each store up to 12 actions, and Hot Redundant dual power accepts DC 12V and Type-C PD at the same time — if one source fails, the system switches over automatically so your stream stays live.

FAQ

• Q: What is UVC, and how is it different from a capture card?
A: UVC is a standard that lets a computer recognize the device as a webcam without installing drivers. Plug in the USB cable and select it as a camera in OBS or Zoom — no separate capture card needed.
• Q: Why does Hot Redundant Power matter?
A: You can connect 2 power sources at once. If one fails, the system automatically switches to the other so the stream doesn't drop mid-show — crucial for live broadcasts where there are no retakes.
• Q: Do I need to buy anything extra to control 4 PTZ cameras?
A: No. The joystick and ZOOM buttons are built into the unit. Connect your PTZ cameras to the same LAN and control them right away via the IP VISCA protocol.
