FAQ

Q: How is it different from a circular fisheye?
A: The Meike 8mm F3.5 is a diagonal fisheye. It fills the entire frame with curved edges rather than a circular image, making it more practical for general use.
Q: Can I use filters?
A: No. The fisheye's front element bulges outward, so it does not accept standard screw-in filters.
Q: Does it support autofocus?
A: No, it is manual focus only.
Q: Can I use it on a full-frame camera?
A: Yes, but the angle of view will be narrower according to the crop factor, and vignetting may appear at the edges. We recommend using it on APS-C for the best results.
