Saramonic WiTalk WT5D 5-Person Full-Duplex Wireless Intercom Headset System A wireless intercom system for film crews, TV shows, stage productions, events and sports. The set includes 5 dual-ear headsets: 1 Master and 4 Remotes. It runs on the less congested 1.9 GHz band, with up to 400 m range in open areas, latency of 83 ms or less, GFSK modulation and 65 dB SNR. Mute easily by raising the mic boom. Uses swappable lithium batteries; each Remote runs about 18 hours and can charge via USB-C during use. Expands up to 25 users with a HUB (sold separately). Comes with 5 batteries, a 10-slot charging dock and a lockable shockproof hard case.

FAQ

• Q: How is Full-Duplex different from a regular walkie-talkie?
A: A regular walkie-talkie requires pressing a button to talk, and only one person can speak at a time. With Full-Duplex, everyone can talk and listen simultaneously like a phone call, with no button to press, leaving your hands free to work.
• Q: Can more than 5 people use it?
A: Yes. Link multiple sets through a HUB (sold separately) to expand up to 25 users.
• Q: Does the Master battery drain faster than the Remotes?
A: Yes. The Master runs about 10 hrs with 2 Remotes connected and about 5 hrs with all 4. The batteries are swappable, though: the set includes 5 batteries and a 10-slot charging dock, and units can charge via USB-C during use.
• Q: Can it be used in the rain?
A: Saramonic does not state that the headsets are waterproof, so avoid rain and direct contact with water. The included hard case helps protect the gear during transport.
