• Q: What's the difference between the Master and Remote units?
  A: The master creates and controls the system, and every kit includes 1 master. Remotes connect to the master, and everyone can talk at the same time. The master has shorter battery life (approx. 9 hrs) because it relays signals for the whole system.
• Q: Can I buy a 3- or 5-person kit and add more users later?
  A: Yes. Add WiTalk9X or WiTalk9 remote headsets for up to 9 users per system. For more than that, pair with WiTalk Base for up to 64 users.
• Q: Can users be split into talk groups?
  A: Talk groups (up to 8) require WiTalk Base. With headsets only, the whole team talks together, and PTT can be used for private talk.
• Q: Does it work with the Single-Ear kit?
  A: Yes. WiTalk9X single-ear and dual-ear headsets can operate in the same system.
