SmallRig 3212B Cage with Handle for Sony Alpha 7C — Protective camera cage that adds mounting points all around

A camera cage for the Sony Alpha 7C from SmallRig — 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 thread mounting points with an ARRI system, a Cold Shoe for attaching accessories, a base that supports Arca-Swiss for mounting straight onto a tripod or gimbal, and quick installation with a magnetic system.

Key Features

• Designed specifically for the Sony A7C. The cage fits the Sony A7C closely without blocking the ports, battery compartment, control buttons or flip-out screen.
• Comfortable side handle. It comes with a Silicone Side Handle that gives a comfortable grip and reduces fatigue when holding the camera for long video shoots.
• Anti-Twist Lock system. The cage has locking screws on both the bottom and the side, so the camera does not rotate or shift during use, whether on a Gimbal or handheld.
• Built-in Arca base plate. No extra plate is needed, and it can be mounted straight onto a tripod head or Gimbal that supports Arca.
• Mounts a wide range of accessories. Has 1/4"-20 threads, ARRI 3/8"-16 and several Cold Shoe Mounts for attaching lights, microphones, monitors or other mounts.
• Lightweight yet strong. Made from CNC aluminum alloy, strong and durable without adding too much weight to the camera (average weight about 180–190 grams).
• Built-in magnetic screwdriver storage. There is a slot under the cage base for a magnetic Phillips screwdriver, so you can attach or remove the camera right away without carrying a separate tool.
• Suited to professional use. Good for people using the A7C for video, content creation or vlogging, especially work that needs several accessories attached.
• Compact shape that does not block the flip-out screen. Designed so it does not get in the way of folding the LCD or using the touchscreen of the A7C.
• Works with the Sony A7C without modification. Installation is just tightening a screw, with no adjusting or converting of any parts.
