SmallRig 6776 HawkLock Cage for Sony FX5 — Modular Camera Cage with All-Around Protection, Ready for Accessories

A camera cage made specifically for the Sony FX5. The U-shaped cage mounts securely without twisting and weighs only 204 g. It comes with the HawkLock Quick Release system on the NATO Rail and Arca-Swiss plate, so accessories can be attached and removed in an instant. It works as a base for building video rigs, from a compact setup to a full production rig.

Key Features

All-around protection, secure anti-twist mounting — the U-shaped cage is secured with 1/4"-20 screws on both sides and the bottom, has silicone pads to prevent scratches, and still gives full access to all buttons and ports
Modular design with a removable top NATO Rail — the top NATO rail is fixed with two 1/4"-20 screws; remove it when you want to mount the camera's original XLR Handle (XLR-H2B) or EVF viewfinder (DVF-EL1B)
HawkLock Quick Release system — on the NATO Rail and Arca-Swiss plate; works with HawkLock accessories such as Top Handle 4483, Side Handle 4485 and Arca-Swiss Clamp 4486. Slide in and it locks automatically, with anti-drop protection on both sides, and it still works with standard Cold Shoe, NATO Clamp and Arca-Swiss Clamp accessories
Hinged arm at the battery door — follows the curve of the body and supports your little finger for a more comfortable grip during long handheld shoots
Mounting points for every standard — 1/4"-20 holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, Cold Shoe, QD Socket and a strap slot for attaching a Magic Arm, Top Handle, Rod Clamp, shoulder strap and hand strap
