The Tilta Camera Cage Basic Kit for the Sony FX3 and FX30 (V2) features an Integrated Modular design with independently removable modules, and the L-bracket can be detached to use it as a half cage. It's compatible with Sony's original XLR handle, fitting together with the camera's XLR handle without removing the cage. The Arca-Swiss quick release base lets you switch between a tripod and a gimbal in seconds. 3-point locking on the left, right and bottom holds the body more firmly than single-screw cages, reducing twisting when a follow focus motor is attached. Mounting points cover every side: 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with locating pins, 2 cold shoes, a NATO rail for a top handle, and a single rod holder mounting point. The custom fit gives access to every port, so the cable ports, tally light, battery door and flip screen can be used without removing the cage. A cable clamp locks HDMI and USB cables to prevent them pulling out mid-shot. The kit includes the redesigned Xeno Top Handle (NATO) with a wider grip, a 1/4"-20 thread and a cold shoe for mounting a monitor, plus a Universal 15mm LWS Baseplate with rods.
