FAQ

• Do digital cameras need a UV filter?
On digital cameras, a UV filter mainly protects the front of the lens from dust, scratches and moisture. It is a worthwhile investment to protect expensive lenses.
• What does the slim design do?
The thin profile helps reduce vignetting (dark corners), which often occurs when using filters on wide-angle lenses.
• How is multi-coating better than a standard coating?
Multi-coating uses several layers to reduce reflections and flare more effectively, letting more light through without sacrificing image quality.
