FAQ

• Q: How is a T-stop different from an F-stop?
A: T-stop measures the light that actually passes through the lens, including losses from the glass elements, while F-stop is a theoretical value. Film production uses T-stops so exposure matches across every lens in a set.
• Q: Which follow focus units work with the 0.8 MOD gears?
A: It is the industry-standard gear pitch, so it works with follow focus units and lens motors from almost every brand, such as DJI, Tilta and ARRI.
• Q: What is PL Mount, and can it be used on mirrorless cameras?
A: PL is the standard mount for professional cinema cameras such as ARRI, RED and Sony VENICE. Mirrorless cameras can use it through a PL adapter.
