7Artisans INFINITE Cine 24mm T2.1 Manual Cine Full Frame Lens (White) — 24mm T2.1 wide-angle cine lens with a white body, EF Mount, 270° focus throw and 0.8 MOD gears

The 7Artisans INFINITE Cine 24mm T2.1 (White) is a wide-angle cine lens with a white body and EF Mount. The 24mm focal length gives a wide view suited to general scenes, whether people, cityscapes or indoor locations. The T2.1 – T16 aperture provides enough light even in dim conditions, with soft, natural bokeh. Manual focus is precise thanks to a focus ring that rotates up to 270°, and cine-standard 0.8 MOD gears support follow focus systems. 13 elements in 11 groups, with an all-metal body.

FAQ

  • Q: How is a T-stop different from an F-stop?
A: T-stop measures the light that actually passes through the lens, including losses from the glass elements, while F-stop is a theoretical value. Film production uses T-stops so exposure matches across every lens in a set.
  • Q: Which follow focus units work with the 0.8 MOD gears?
A: It is the industry-standard gear pitch, so it works with follow focus units and lens motors from almost every brand, such as DJI, Tilta and ARRI.
  • Q: Can an EF Mount lens be used on mirrorless cameras?
A: Yes. It adapts to Sony E / Canon RF / Nikon Z through an EF adapter as usual, and because it is a manual lens there is no need to worry about electronic communication.
