BLAZAR Apex 50mm T1.8 1.33x S35 Autofocus Anamorphic Lens

BLAZAR Apex 50mm T1.8 is the world's first autofocus Anamorphic lens, designed for S35 / APS-C sensor cameras. It delivers a cinematic widescreen image, oval bokeh and soft silver flares, with no focus puller needed. It suits solo filmmakers and content creators who want the Anamorphic look in real-world work.

Key Features

• The world's first autofocus Anamorphic Uses a Focus-by-Wire system with an AF/MF switch for instant changes between autofocus and manual focus. Supports real-time subject tracking and Eye-Tracking
• 50mm focal length On an S35 sensor it gives a vertical field of view close to 75mm on Full Frame, while the 1.33x squeeze makes the horizontal image wider. Suited to portraits, interviews and dialogue scenes
• T1.8 aperture Performs well in low light and gives oval bokeh and cinematic background separation
• 1.33x squeeze for a 1.5x look A squeeze ratio that fits 16:9 sensors (no Open Gate needed) while giving an image character close to a 1.5x lens, with vintage-style Barrel Distortion
• Neutral Silver Flare Soft horizontal flares that are not overpowering, adding a cinematic atmosphere without disturbing the color tone
• Minimal Focus Breathing Smooth focus shifts with no movement in the frame
• 0.8 MOD geared focus ring Cinema standard, ready to use with a Follow Focus. 180° focus rotation
• 80mm front / 77mm filter Easy to use with a Matte Box and standard-size filters
• USB-C port For firmware updates, supporting future feature development
• Weighs only 717 grams Compact and agile for handheld use, gimbals or small productions
