The SIRUI IronStar 135mm T2.8 is a 1.5x anamorphic telephoto lens for Full Frame cameras. The 135mm focal length gives a horizontal equivalent of about 90mm with strong compression, separating the subject well from busy backgrounds — ideal for portraits and detail-focused scenes. With a constant 1.5x squeeze, shooting 16:9 and de-squeezing gives close to a 2.4:1 aspect ratio without heavy cropping. The T2.8 aperture performs well in low light and creates dimensional background blur, along with signature anamorphic oval bokeh and flares, available in Blue Flare or Neutral Flare. The optical design uses 13 elements in 10 groups with cinema-grade glass (ED / Aspherical / HRI) and very low focus breathing, plus 0.8 MOD gears and a 270° focus throw. Mounts are user-swappable between PL and Canon EF, in an all-metal construction.
