Desview A5 Pro 5.5" Full HD Touchscreen On-Camera Monitor 1000nit with 4K60 HDMI and 3D LUT — 5.5-inch Full HD 1000nit camera monitor, 10-bit color covering 99.9% DCI-P3, 4K60 in/out, touchscreen + dial, lightweight 320 g

Desview A5 Pro is a 5.5-inch on-camera monitor for video and filmmaking. Its Full HD 1920×1080 IPS panel has a pixel density of 403 PPI, sharp enough to check focus directly on screen. Its standout feature is color accuracy — 10-bit (8+2 FRC) display covering 99.9% of the DCI-P3 gamut, the color standard for cinema, with 1400:1 contrast, so you can grade and make tonal decisions right at the camera. 1000nit brightness keeps it clearly visible even outdoors. It accepts and outputs 4K 60Hz via HDMI 2.0 in and out, so you can pass the picture to a larger screen for the crew or client to watch live without delay. Dual control via touchscreen and a side dial, with customizable shortcut buttons and a screen lock to prevent accidental touches while shooting. Supports 3D LUT with custom LUT upload via USB to preview Log footage in true color instantly, without waiting for post. A full set of pro monitoring tools — Waveform, Histogram, Vectorscope, False Color, Focus Peaking and Zebra — plus HDR support for both HLG and PQ. A built-in cooling fan allows long continuous operation without heat build-up. 3 power options: NP-F battery, USB Type-C and DC input. ABS polymer body weighing only 320 g.

FAQ

• Q: Why does 99.9% DCI-P3 matter?
A: DCI-P3 is the standard color gamut for cinema, wider than the sRGB used by typical displays. A monitor covering nearly 100% shows color as it will actually turn out, so you can make color decisions on set without waiting for the grade.
• Q: How do I upload my own LUT?
A: Copy the LUT file to a USB drive, plug it into the monitor and load it from the menu. You can then view Log footage in the colors you will actually grade to while shooting, instead of a flat image.
• Q: How does 4K60 via HDMI 2.0 differ from 4K30?
A: HDMI 2.0 carries 60 frames per second at 4K resolution, while HDMI 1.4 only handles 30. This matters when shooting slow motion or fast-moving content.
• Q: Which power option suits which kind of work?
A: NP-F batteries suit all-day location work · USB Type-C is convenient with a power bank · DC Input suits studio work with mains power
