• Precise Leica-style Rangefinder and Hyperfocal support: works accurately with the rangefinder (superimposed-image viewfinder) of Leica M cameras, and supports Hyperfocal Shooting for front-to-back sharpness quickly and easily.
• 24mm Full-Frame wide angle: an 83.3° angle of view, ideal for landscapes, group shots or interiors that need a wide field of view.
• 0.24m minimum focus distance for excellent close-ups: focus as close as 24 cm, opening up shots of small subjects or in tight spaces.

FAQ

• Q: What does Rangefinder Coupled mean?
A: It means this lens works fully with the rangefinder (RF) viewfinder of Leica M cameras. You can use the focusing patch in the viewfinder to focus accurately, just like a genuine Leica lens.
• Q: Is F6.3 enough for general use?
A: Yes. F6.3 + a 24mm focal length + APS-C/FF Full Frame gives a very short hyperfocal distance: set the distance once and everything is sharp. Well suited to Street / Travel in normal light.
• Q: What do the 2 Aspherical elements do?
A: They reduce distortion to close to 0 and increase sharpness right to the frame edges, which is crucial for Architecture and Landscape work that needs straight lines.
