NiSi ATHENA Prime 85mm T1.9 Full Frame Cinema Lens is a professional full-frame cinema lens in the ATHENA Prime series, with a 85mm focal length and a 27.4° angle of view covering Full Frame (Image Circle 46mm). Its T1.9 aperture delivers beautiful, smooth cinematic bokeh — with 300° Focus Rotation, 10 aperture blades and standard Cinema 0.8 MOD gears compatible with any Follow Focus system. The lightweight yet sturdy Aluminum Alloy body features glow-in-the-dark scales and very low Focus Breathing. Available in Sony E / Canon RF / Leica L / Fuji GFX / PL mounts, with 2 options for Sony E: With Drop-in Filter / No Drop-in Filter

    A: A Drop-in Filter is a filter slot at the rear of the lens that lets you swap ND / CPL filters quickly without removing the Matte Box — for solo work or when you need maximum mobility. The With Drop-in Filter version has this slot, while the No Drop-in Filter (NODP) version does not and suits crews that mainly use a Matte Box + front filters
  • Q: Can it be used with a Follow Focus?
    A: Yes — it has standard 0.8 MOD gears and works with any Follow Focus / Motor / Gimbal system on the market, with no Adapter Gear needed
  • Q: Which sensors does the 46mm Image Circle cover?
