The Portkeys BD1 is an NP-F dummy battery power plate for powering on-set gear, including cameras, monitors, film lights and wireless video transmission systems. It uses Portkeys' unique, patented NP-F dummy battery assembly system, accepts NP-F dummies on both sides and can be mounted vertically or horizontally, giving you more rigging flexibility than typical single-sided plates. It takes power from two inputs — a Type-C PD port and 7 to 24 V DC — so you can run it from a USB-C power bank or a V-Lock battery via D-Tap. It outputs both 8.4 V for devices that run on NP-F battery voltage and 7 to 24 V for other gear. At just 76 g, it adds virtually no weight to your rig.
