7Artisans MF 4mm F2.8 Manual Circular Fisheye APS-C Lens 225° — A 225° Circular Fisheye for APS-C, Built for VR and 360° Panoramas

The 7Artisans MF 4mm F2.8 Circular Fisheye produces a circular image within the frame with an extreme 225° field of view — more than a half circle. Stitch just 2-3 shots for a 360° panorama. Ideal for VR/virtual tours, real estate and action sports. F2.8 with a de-clicked aperture, weighing 201g.

Key Features

  • An ultra-wide 225° field of view — the signature of a "circular fisheye" — on APS-C and Micro Four Thirds cameras
  • Creates highly distorted images and striking, one-of-a-kind effects
  • With a field of view wider than 180°, you can quickly stitch a 360° panorama from just 2-3 shots
  • Ideal for virtual tours (VR), real estate photography and action sports filming
  • Maximum aperture of f/2.8 for good low-light performance, while keeping satisfying sharpness at the center of the frame
  • Compact and lightweight at only about 201g
  • Manual Focus (MF) lens for full control
  • Minimum focus distance of just 8.5cm (3.3 in) for creative fisheye close-ups
  • De-clicked aperture ring (no clicks), ideal for video

FAQ

  • Q: What's the difference between a circular and a diagonal fisheye?
A: Circular = the image appears as a circle within the frame / Diagonal = a full-frame rectangular image with curved distortion.
  • Q: Can it really be used for 360° panoramas?
A: Yes. With a 225° field of view, stitching just 2-3 shots gives you a full panorama.
  • Q: Can I use it on a Full Frame camera?
A: It works, but the image circle will be small. It is designed specifically for APS-C / MFT.
