The Brightin Star MF 9mm F5.6 Full Frame is an extreme 9mm wide-angle lens for Full Frame that captures a very wide view, ideal for Landscape, Architecture and Astrophotography. Highlights: a Zero Distortion (Rectilinear) design that keeps straight lines straight, plus a built-in Rear ND Filter Slot for rear-mounted ND filters for daytime Long Exposure. Precise Manual Focus and sharp images from center to edge.

  • 9mm focal length (Ultra Wide Angle): An exceptionally wide view on Full Frame cameras, excellent for Landscape and Architecture in a way few other lenses can match.
  • Near-distortion-free images (Zero Distortion): Despite the extreme angle of view, the lens is designed to minimize straight-line distortion (Rectilinear), so edges and buildings stay true to life.
  • Built-in ND filter: The lens has a slot for a rear Neutral Density (ND) filter (Rear Filter Slot), an important feature for wide-angle lenses with a protruding front element, letting you control light for daytime Long Exposure.
  • F5.6 aperture: Delivers high sharpness across the frame with very deep depth of field, so landscapes stay sharp from front to back.
  • Manual Focus (MF) control: Focus and aperture are set by hand for maximum precision, well suited to landscape work that is typically focused at infinity.

    A: Wide-angle lenses with a protruding front element cannot take front filters. The rear slot lets you fit an ND filter at the back for daytime Long Exposure.
  • Q: What is the difference between Zero Distortion and Fisheye?
    A: With Zero Distortion (Rectilinear), straight lines stay straight; with Fisheye, every line curves. Architecture calls for Zero Distortion.
  • Q: Can F5.6 shoot stars?
    A: Yes. The extra-wide view captures a broad sweep of the Milky Way, and F5.6 works well with high ISO.
