The CineTreak Natrix-8 is a production-grade video switcher for live streaming and multi-camera broadcasts. It accepts up to 8 inputs, split into 4 HDMI and 4 SDI, for professional multi-camera switching in a single unit. Its standout feature is ISO Recording, which records every camera to separate files at the same time, so you can re-edit later or keep backups of every angle. It supports a wide range of sources including HDMI, SDI, NDI and RTSP, pulling in IP cameras, Media Source or Browser Source directly into your show. Three HDMI outputs can each be set independently to Program, Multiview or Custom Layout to suit the job. SuperSource and Picture-in-Picture support up to 4 windows, with Dual SuperSource for flexible multi-camera layouts in a single frame. Graphics tools include Chroma Key, Luma Key and Logo Overlay for Lower Thirds, Captions and Scoreboards, plus a large set of transitions and effects including 3D and Animation. Instant Replay and Slow Motion are built for sports and live events. On the audio side, a pro-grade Audio Mixer supports 2 XLR mics with 48V Phantom Power, plus AFV and Delay Control. It also offers built-in PTZ camera control, and the whole unit can be operated from a PC, tablet or smartphone over an IP network.
