FAQ

• Q: Does it support Eye AF / Face AF?
A: Yes. It is an AF lens with full communication with Sony cameras, so Eye AF and tracking work as normal.
• Q: What is the benefit of a constant F2.8 throughout the zoom range?
A: Exposure stays the same as you zoom in and out, so there is no need to readjust ISO or shutter while shooting. This is very important for video when zooming during a take.
• Q: Is 24-50mm enough compared with 24-70mm?
A: It fully covers wide to standard, in exchange for a much smaller and lighter body. If you often need the 70mm tele end, you may need to carry an additional lens.
