DJI Transmission builds on DJI's established aerial video transmission technology, offering an integrated solution that combines video receiver, monitor, controller and recorder across Ronin-series products and DJI Master Wheels, bringing a breakthrough transmission experience to the industry.
Long-Range Full HD Live Feed
DJI Transmission uses O3 Pro video transmission technology for ground transmission of up to 6 km at 1080p/60 with a max bitrate of 50Mbps, plus audio monitoring at up to 16-bit 48 kHz, giving monitoring crews an excellent remote video and audio monitoring experience.
Ultra-Low End-to-End Latency
The video transmitter and receiver use the same chip solution as Ronin 4D, with every link optimized for ultra-low end-to-end latency when paired with cinema cameras such as the ALEXA Mini LF.
Seamless Automatic Frequency Switching
O3 Pro adds the DFS frequency band on top of the traditional 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands, with up to 23 channel options, giving professional crews more consistent, interference-free transmission channels. DJI Transmission also supports tri-band automatic frequency switching, which automatically scans the electromagnetic environment for the best wireless channel, plus a frequency check tool so you can select channels manually.
Antennas can also be mounted to further boost transmission performance.
One Transmitter, Multiple Receivers
The High-Bright Remote Monitor supports one transmitter with multiple receivers for video and audio feeds in 2 transmission modes. In Control mode, DJI Transmission delivers its best transmission performance, allowing monitoring from 2 receivers simultaneously while Ronin 2, RS 3 Pro and camera focus can still be controlled remotely.
For productions with larger crews, such as lighting, art and props teams, Broadcast mode can be enabled on top of Control mode to connect an unlimited number of receivers (with transmission performance that differs from Control mode), taking shooting efficiency and on-set awareness to a whole new level.
Encrypted Transmission
DJI Transmission supports secure pairing and AES 256-bit encryption to prevent unauthorized access to your data. Combined with DJI-developed chips and transmission protocols, DJI Transmission ensures maximum security for your video.
Record and Play Back Independently
The remote monitor has a microSD slot to record and play back the 1080p/60fps H.264 live feed, with simultaneous access to video timecode for easy proxy editing on set. When using multiple remote monitors, each can record or play back independently without affecting the others.
Built-In Motion Controller
The High-Bright Remote Monitor has a built-in gyroscopic sensor that lets it act as a standalone motion controller (similar to force mobile mode) for Ronin 2 or RS 3 Pro without extra accessories, enabling more complex camera moves from moving vehicles or crane arms.

Mirror Control Mode
