SIRUI Night Walker 24mm T1.2 S35 Cine Lens — a moderate wide-angle T1.2 cine lens for APS-C / Super35 cameras

SIRUI Night Walker 24mm T1.2 S35 is a manual focus cine lens in the Night Walker series, designed for APS-C / Super35 sensors with a 31 mm image circle and a field of view equivalent to about 34–36mm on full frame. This moderate wide angle is versatile for landscapes, street and storytelling scenes. The wide T1.2 aperture gives clean low-light footage without pushing ISO, and 6 high refractive index elements deliver sharpness, reduced focus breathing and controlled chromatic aberration. Minimum focus distance is 0.3 m, the focus ring rotates 270° with 0.8 MOD gears, and the aperture ring is stepless. It weighs about 500 g, and its gear positions and size match the other Night Walker focal lengths. This page offers 5 mounts (E / RF / X / MFT / L) and 2 colors (Black / Gunmetal). Official Thai Warranty

Key Features

  • 24mm moderate wide angle — about 34–36mm equivalent on APS-C / Super35 cameras, ideal for landscapes, street and establishing shots
  • Fast T1.2 aperture — clean low-light footage with less need for extra lighting, well suited to run & gun work, with clear subject separation from the background
  • 6 high refractive index elements — sharp images, low focus breathing and well-controlled chromatic aberration
  • 31 mm image circle — covers the APS-C / Super35 sensors of typical video cameras
  • 12 aperture blades — soft, round bokeh
  • Cine design — 270° focus rotation, 0.8 MOD gears and a stepless aperture ring for smooth exposure changes while recording. Focus scale in both feet and meters.
  • Matches the other Night Walker lenses — the same 67mm filter thread, matching gear positions, the same focus ring size and a similar color rendering, so you can swap lenses without moving the follow focus
  • Light and compact — aluminum alloy body of about 500 g and under 9 cm long, suited to handheld and gimbal work

FAQ

  • Q: Can I use it on a full frame camera?
A: This lens is designed for APS-C / Super35 sensors (31 mm image circle). On a full frame body you will see dark corners around the image, so turn on the camera's APS-C / Super35 crop mode.
  • Q: What field of view do I get on each camera type?
A: About 34–36mm equivalent on APS-C / Super35 cameras, and about 48mm equivalent on Micro Four Thirds cameras.
  • Q: Does this lens autofocus?
A: No. It is a manual focus (MF) cine lens. Focus and aperture are set with the rings on the lens, and it works with a follow focus through the 0.8 MOD gears.
  • Q: How does the 24mm differ from the 16mm in the series?
A: The 24mm is slightly narrower, closer to how the human eye sees, and suits street and storytelling scenes. It is also shorter and lighter (about 500 g vs. about 590 g). The 16mm is wider and better for broad landscapes, skies and tight spaces.
  • Q: Is there any difference between Black and Gunmetal?
A: Only the body color. Optics, specs and size are identical.
